HytteCare's guest and concierge services are designed to make arriving at your cabin effortless and your stay even more enjoyable.
They're available to cabin owners, rental hosts and guests.
Guest welcome
We can meet guests, hand over keys and provide an introduction to the cabin, including heating, lighting, locks, alarms, sauna and jacuzzi.
For something extra, we can prepare the cabin before arrival with lights, heating, fire and other welcoming touches.
Fridge fill
Arrive to a stocked fridge.
Send us your shopping list and we'll buy the groceries and have everything waiting at the cabin.
Firewood & fireplace preparation
We can deliver firewood and have the fireplace prepared and ready to light before arrival.
Wine & local delicacies
Wine, drinks and selected local food can be waiting at the cabin when you arrive.
Ask us about creating a local delicacies basket with cheeses, cured meats, bakery products and other regional favourites.
Special arrivals & celebrations
Birthday? Anniversary? Romantic weekend? Something to celebrate?
We can help prepare the cabin with flowers, drinks, chocolates, candles and other personal touches.
Sauna & jacuzzi
Let us get everything ready so you can start relaxing as soon as you arrive.
Skiing & activities
We can assist with ski passes and help arrange activities and local experiences during your stay.
Christmas & Easter
Christmas tree delivery and cabin preparation, Easter decorations and other seasonal touches can all be arranged.
Bålpanne & outdoor preparation
We can prepare your firepit or outdoor area ready for an evening outside.
